I'm Angela Rae. I'm a spicy 6/2 Sacral Generator, stepmom, bio-mom, and I've spent 5 years building businesses (mine + my clients').
I have a Medical Office Administration diploma and worked in healthcare before I quit on a Thursday night impulse to start this business with no plan.
I'm trained in spiritual coaching and intuitive energy healing. I use EFT, muscle testing, Emotion Code, and nervous system regulation, not as "woo," but as tools to help you access the strategy that's already inside you.
My work sits at the intersection of discernment and structure.
