I’m Angela Rae, a strategic operator, intuitive guide, and the person soul-led moms call when their business has outgrown hustle, chaos, and doing everything alone.

I work with women who are capable, creative, and deeply intuitive—yet exhausted from holding too much, second-guessing themselves, and trying to make strategies that don't fit actually work.

My work sits at the intersection of discernment and structure.
 

This wasn’t always obvious.

​

Five years ago, I quit my job. I had the idea on a Thursday night impulse and Friday morning, I handed in my resignation; with no plan, no savings, and no idea what came next.

​

I'd just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and severe anxiety, COV!D was here, I was struggling personally, and I thought I was going to get fired anyway.

​

So I quit.
And then I needed money.

​

I took a quick Social Media Marketing certificate from HubSpot Academy, pitched myself to a local business, and landed my first client.

​

That was 2021.

​

I called myself Angela Rae Virtual Services and said yes to anyone who would pay me.

​

Then I pivoted to Colourful Connection Co. after getting certified in Colour Therapy. I thought life was better when we could connect with each other, and I wanted to help with that.

​

But something still wasn't right.

​

After my diagnosis, I launched into a self-discovery phase that changed everything.

​

I learned I had so much healing to do. I accepted that what had happened to me was abuse. I studied colour therapy, reiki, Human Design, astrology; anything that would help me understand myself.

​

And I started paying attention.

I noticed that bipolar disorder didn't quite fit. The trigger fit. The initial presentation fit. But the aftermath didn't.

​

And I needed strategies that actually worked for MY brain.

So I stopped trying to "manage" bipolar disorder and started practicing autism-related coping strategies.

​

And everything changed.

​

I stopped trying to force neurotypical systems. I stopped overriding my capacity. I started building something that worked WITH my brain, not against it.

​

For a long time, I tried to fit cleanly into one box.

​

Too grounded for the purely spiritual spaces.
Too intuitive for rigid, corporate models.
Too honest, too direct, too unwilling to dilute what I could see.

​

What I eventually realized is that the space between those worlds is where real leadership lives.

​

That’s where strategy stops being performative.
That’s where systems start to support instead of suffocate.
That’s where intuition becomes something you can actually rely on.

​​

So I rebranded as Soul & Strategy Co., combining everything I'd learned along the way:

• Medical Office Administration diploma (structure, operations, healthcare admin)

• 5 years of VA/SMM/OBM experience (execution, systems, project management)

• Training in spiritual coaching and intuitive energy healing (somatic modalities)

• Self-study in Reiki, EFT, muscle testing, and Emotion Code

• Lived experience as a neurodivergent entrepreneur (building for neurodivergent brains)

• Lessons from complex family dynamics (boundaries in real life, not theory)

• Healing trauma while building (not waiting until "healed" to start)

 

Now,  I help women build businesses that are:

• structurally sound

• energetically sustainable

• and led from internal authority

 

Not by giving another framework to follow, but by helping you trust yourself within structure.

For established founders who need someone to hold the backend while they lead.

I don’t hand out cookie-cutter plans, I don’t sell hustle disguised as empowerment, and I don’t believe burnout is a rite of passage.

​

I believe:

• Your business should feel like an extension of you, not a constant demand on your nervous system

• Leadership gets quieter, clearer, and more effective when you stop outsourcing certainty

• Growth doesn't come from becoming someone else, but from being accurately represented, supported, and resourced

• You are your own strategy; everything else is just a tool to support you

I'm a bio-mom and stepmom navigating complex family dynamics. I've learned more about boundaries from that experience than any business book ever taught me.

​

I'm a neurodivergent woman with a 6/2 Human Design profile and I use my chart as an operational anchor to build my business.

​

I'm a Capricorn sun, Aquarius moon, Scorpio rising who swears, questions authority, and refuses to soften my message to be more palatable.

​

I went from living with my parents to living with my husband at 17. I never did anything alone until I built this business and it taught me how to trust myself for the first time.

​

I've pivoted three times, healed from complex trauma, and built a business that doesn't require me to abandon myself.

​

And I'm here to help you do the same.
